About this Course
Improvement and innovation are central to an organisation’s ongoing success. Recording and managing improvement promotes a culture of quality improvement and supports the organisation to take action in response to staff suggestions and reported issues relating to service delivery or business processes.
This course continues our series of introductory courses for new users to LOGIQC with a focus on responding to both non-conformance's and improvements within your organisation.
Who should take this course:
This course introduces the Improvements register to all new users of LOGIQC. The course will enable all new users understand the basic function of adding improvement items or raising non-conformance items within the LOGIQC QMS platform.
You'll learn how to:
- How to report a non-conformance or suggest an improvement and attach a related record to the report

- Complete 1 session

- 20 minutes per session
