About this Course
This course continues our series of introductory courses for new users to the LOGIQC QMS with a focus on reporting feedback.
An organisation striving for excellence will provide high levels of customer service with a focus on being responsive to client and other external stakeholder feedback.
Critical to the success of an effective feedback management system, is for all staff to take the time to report feedback, positive and negative, they receive from clients and other external stakeholders.
