About this Course
This course continues our series of introductory courses for new users to the LOGIQC QMS with a focus on reporting feedback.
An organisation striving for excellence will provide high levels of customer service with a focus on being responsive to client and other external stakeholder feedback.
Critical to the success of an effective feedback management system, is for all staff to take the time to report feedback, positive and negative, they receive from clients and other external stakeholders. Analysis of the feedback will provide the organisation with information on where the service is strong and where there are potential areas for improvement.
For noting: the Feedback Register is designed to record feedback from clients and other external stakeholders. Staff feedback is to be recorded on the Improvement Register. Using the Improvement Register provides you with the opportunity to not only report an issue but also to make a recommendation as to how this issue could be could be addressed, effectively suggesting an improvement.
Who should take this course:
This course introduces the Feedback register to all new users of the LOGIQC QMS and is designed to provide you with an understanding of how to report feedback in the QMS.

- Report feedback
- Attach a record to a feedback details form
- Assign restrictive access to the feedback details form, if applicable
- Understand the workflow for managing feedback that has been reported in the system
- Complete 1 session
- Read 3 'How to' articles
- 30 minutes a session
