My Tasks
The My Tasks tab displays the tasks that have been allocated to you. When you get a task in LOGIQC you will also receive an email with a link to your tasks screen. To do a task:
1. Click on the item link in the 'Description' column.
2. The item will open. Follow the instructions in the task section of the open item.
My Team's Tasks
(This tab is only visible if your system permission level is Approving Officer or higher)
The My Team Tasks tab displays the tasks that have been allocated to staff members who you are responsible for. Example: the line manager for Maureen and John sees their tasks.
All Tasks
The All Tasks tab displays all tasks that have been undertaken in the system.
Upcoming Approvals
(This tab is only visible if your system permission level is Approving Officer or higher)
The Upcoming Approvals tab displays the open tasks for which you are the designated approval officer. This tab is designed to help you monitor what approval tasks will be coming to you in the future.
Past Actions
The Past Actions tab displays the tasks you have completed in the system. This tab is designed to help you follow-up on issues you have added to the system and tasks that you have done.
