Report types in Snapshot reports

There are three types of reports are available for each register under 'Snapshot Reports' in the report register.

'Feedback', 'Improvements', 'Repairs' and 'Incidents' Snapshot reports

  1. Reported in period displays items added to the system within the date range
  2. Closed in period displays items closed (final approval) within the date range
  3. Currently overdue displays current overdue items regardless of the date range

'Compliance', 'Audits', 'Training' and 'Licensing' Snapshot reports

  1. Due for action in period displays items that fell due for action within the date range 
  2. Closed in period displays items closed (final approval) within the date range
  3. Currently overdue displays current overdue items regardless of the date range

'Documents' Snapshot reports

  1. Added in period displays items that were added to the system within the date range
  2. Reviewed in period displays items where a review was completed within the date range
  3. Currently overdue displays current overdue items regardless of the date range
