There are three types of reports are available for each register under 'Snapshot Reports' in the report register.
'Feedback', 'Improvements', 'Repairs' and 'Incidents' Snapshot reports
- Reported in period displays items added to the system within the date range
- Closed in period displays items closed (final approval) within the date range
- Currently overdue displays current overdue items regardless of the date range
'Compliance', 'Audits', 'Training' and 'Licensing' Snapshot reports
- Due for action in period displays items that fell due for action within the date range
- Closed in period displays items closed (final approval) within the date range
- Currently overdue displays current overdue items regardless of the date range
'Documents' Snapshot reports
- Added in period displays items that were added to the system within the date range
- Reviewed in period displays items where a review was completed within the date range
- Currently overdue displays current overdue items regardless of the date range
