How to log a Help Desk support ticket

Help Desk requests can be raised via the LOGIQC Help Centre.

To access the LOGIQC Help Centre, click on the 'Help' link located at the top right of the LOGIQC screen under the search function

This will open the Help Centre in a separate window.

Tip:  Use the search function of the Help Centre to see if there is an existing article that may resolve your issue

Click on 'Submit a request' submit_request.png

Fill out the details on the request form and select 'submit'.  Your request will be sent to the LOGIQC Help Desk for action.

There is also a link to the Help Centre at the foot of the LOGIQC screen under 'Support'.
