How to create a related task to manage the contract

LOGIQC will automatically remind the Contract Manager when the contract is approaching expiry. However, there may be additional tasks required to manage the contract, such as regular report.

To create a related task:

1. Go to the Contracts register and click on the contract title to open the Contract Details Form.

2. Click on ‘Create a related item’ and select the required related task eg reports would be compliance tasks.

3. Click Go. This will launch the Compliance Details Form to create the task. The two items will be connected via a hyperlink in the system event history.
