Above most registers is the Advanced Filter Bar. These filters enable the creation of ad-hoc reports.
1. Go to the relevant tab within the Register you want to report on
2. Click the Advanced Filter bar to reveal the filtering options. Eg:
3. Use the drop down menus to select the search attributes required. The filters will vary for each register. In general they display the drop down fields and radio buttons that appear in the register forms.
4. Click 'Apply filter' to generate the report.
5. Print the report or export to Excel by clicking 'export' at the bottom of the page
