LQD 1785

Improved security and efficiency of password resets

Most password resets are now assisted by a new ‘bot’ which has significantly increased 24/7 resolution time.

LQD 2033

Generate Incident and Feedback trend reports based on event date

A new option is available in the Reports section of LOGIQC. Graphical trend reports can now be generated based on the date of an incident, feedback or complaint in addition to the date the item was entered into your LOGIQC QMS.

LQD 2036

New ‘All tab’ in the Records register

The new ‘All tab’ in the Records register combines ‘published’ records uploaded directly to the Records Register with ‘attachments’ which the system automatically displays in the Attachments tab when a user completes a task and adds a record. This means, for example, that all your audit reports or training certificates will be displayed and be searchable in a single tab.

LQD 2045

'Risk level' added to Feedback export

The risk rating given to a feedback item such as a complaint is now included in the Excel export from the Feedback Register.

LQD 2039

New standards added to the Accreditation Module

LOGIQC now supports a wider range of standards including disability services standards. You can now use your LOGIQC QMS for self-assessment and reporting against:

NZS 8134.2:2008 Health and Disability Services (Restraint Minimisation and Safe Practice) Standards

NZS 8134.1:2008 Health and Disability Services (Core) Standards

NZS 8134.3:2008 Health and Disability Services (Infection Prevention and Control) Standards

NSW Disability Service Standards 3rd Edition 2016

National Standards for Mental Health Services 2010

National Standards for Disability Services

NSW Child Safe Standards for Permanent Care 2015

LQD 2025

Display documents in review state on meeting agenda

The automatic agendas in the Meetings register now capture documents in review as well as the other phases of the workflow.

LQD 2037

Improved layout for linking incidents to risks

If the Risk Management Module is activated in your LOGIQC QMS, there are now more clearer options for linking incidents, feedback, improvements and repairs to the identified risks. In the example above, LOGIQC QMS will display the range of risks already linked to a particular incident type and also provide simpler options for linking the item to a risk.
