About user licences

Approval licences

Users can create, delegate and approve tasks, approve documents, and report issues.

A user with an Approval Licence can be assigned the following permission levels:

  • CEO
  • Quality Manager
  • Managers Level 1-4
  • Approving Officer
  • Creator (cannot approve but can re-assign the task owner)

Action licences

Users can receive tasks and report issues. Users can also generate system reports.

A user with an Action Licence can be assigned the following permission levels:

  • Staff

Read/report licences

Users can report issues but there are restrictions around the tasks they can do. Users cannot be assigned to a meeting and can only be given a task from the Training and Licensing registers.  

A user with a Read/Report Licence can be assigned the following permission levels:

  • Read/report
